The Material Experience Residency by Koyne Program provides a platform for the exploration of bio-based materials, digital environments and recycled technologies.
Three international artists Yese Astarloa, Stefan Maier and Juan Zamora were hosted for a month long residency each at our studio in Lauttasaari, Helsinki.
Biomaterial workshops were also organised to compliment each residency, focusing on sculpting using scobys and creating binders out of seaweed. Photos by Koyne Program.
